At the helm of Allora's culinary expertise is Chef Stefano Sanna, a globetrotting culinary artist with over a decade of experience. Chef Stefano harmoniously blends the flavours of both Northern and Southern Italy to curate a comprehensive Italian dining concept.

Award-winning Head Pizzaiolo Chef Vincenzo Lavecchia’s handcrafted pizzas made in the mosaic centerpiece oven are a delectable experience not to be missed!
