Gather around the table this Christmas for an abundant festive buffet where Italian favourites meet the flavours of the season. Allora’s Christmas Day Buffet opens with the Mare Italian Seafood Bar, featuring lobster, prawns, fresh oysters, crab legs, scallops and mussels, alongside tuna and smoked salmon. Guests can also enjoy an Italian selection of Parma Ham, Mortadella and Spianata Calabra, paired with an extensive cheese selection including Grana Padano, Gorgonzola Dolce, Taleggio, Provolone, Smoked Scamorza, Mozzarella and Blue Fior Di Arancio.
The feast continues with Italian-inspired favourites including oven-baked Seafood Rice with calamari and prawns, Polenta Concia with Gorgonzola, Emilia Gratinated Lasagna with beef ragout, béchamel and Parmigiano Reggiano, as well as Seared Barramundi with Caponata and fresh herbs.
At the live stations, guests can watch pasta prepared to order with a choice of Basil Pesto, Arrabbiata, Bolognese or Prawn Sauce, alongside a Risotto Station featuring Truffle Mushroom and Pumpkin sauces. Parma Ham with Gnocco Fritto and Allora’s signature 1-metre Pizza add to the convivial feast.
The BBQ Pit brings the festive spirit to life with Garlic-Lemon King Prawns, Herb-Butter Glazed Lobster Halves, Italian Pork & Fennel Sausages, Grilled Lamb Chops and Garlic-Parsley Baked Oysters. At the carving station, festive centrepieces take pride of place, including Slow-Roasted Whole Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Slow-Roasted Beef Ribeye, Maple-Glazed Gammon Ham, Salt-Crusted Whole Barramundi and Roasted Whole Baby Lamb, accompanied by an array of sauces and festive sides.
The dessert spread continues the Christmas indulgence with Midnight Eclipse cake, Starry Winter in the Clouds and Moonlit Forest Kunafa Yule Log, alongside Alloramisu, Cannoli Snow Log, Purple Sweet Potato Mont Blanc, Cherry Chocolate Tart and the must-have festive treats Panettone, Christmas Rich Fruit Cake, German Marzipan Stollen and Christmas Mince Fruit Pie. Festive pralines, macarons, cookies, gelato and sorbet complete the celebration.
