TERMS OF USE: ROOM RESERVATION

Scope of Service

These terms apply to room accommodation only and do not include meals, transportation, or other hotel services unless specifically stated.

Room Guarantee and Payment
All room reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or approved payment method. You authorise the hotel to charge your card in accordance with these Terms.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) one day prior to the check-in date will incur no charge.

  • Cancellations made after 6:00 PM (local hotel time) one day prior to the check-in date, or failure to arrive (no-show), will result in a charge of one night per room, plus applicable taxes.

  • Failure to call or show before check-out time after the first night will result in cancellation of the remaining nights of your reservation.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is 12pm.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Room Occupancy
Rooms must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking. 

Rates and Taxes
Room rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.

 

 

Modification of Terms
The hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any updated or revised terms will apply to all future reservations made reservations.

Acceptance of Terms
By booking and occupying a room, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use for rooms only.

 

 

TERMS OF USE: FOOD & BEVERAGE (F&B) SERVICES 

Scope of Service
These terms apply to all Food & Beverage purchases, including hotel restaurants, bar, room service, minibar, and other F&B outlets within the hotel.

Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made by approved credit/debit cards, cash, or charged to your room where available. All payments are subject to authorization.

Authorisation to Charge
By using F&B services, you agree to pay for all items consumed, including a 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.

Pricing and Billing
Prices may change without notice. Guests should review their bills at the time of payment and report any discrepancies immediately.

Billing Accuracy & Disputes
Please review your bill at the time of payment. If you notice any discrepancies or have concerns about F&B charges, inform our team immediately. Charges not disputed within a reasonable time may be considered accepted.

Room Charging (If Applicable)
For in-house guests, F&B charges added to rooms must be settled at check-out. 

No-Show or Cancellation for F&B Reservations
Deposits or guaranteed F&B reservations are subject to cancellation/no-show policies communicated at booking.

Modification of Terms
The hotel may update these Terms at any time without prior notice; changes apply to future F&B services.

Acceptance of Terms
By using or paying for F&B services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use for food and beverage services.
