Allora Ristorante & Bar at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, introduces Endless Breakfast, a new made-to-order brunch experience built around a simple idea: endless flavours, endless discoveries, endless moments.
Endless Breakfast reimagines what a hotel buffet brunch can be: an ever-changing table of flavours served à la carte, buffet-style where every plate is a chance to discover something new. This all-you-can-eat breakfast experience gives guests the freedom to choose from an extensive menu, discover new flavours, revisit their favourites, and indulge to their heart’s content.
To bring that spirit of discovery to life, guests are seated at their table for the full experience, orders are placed at their own pace on a simple slip, and each dish is served freshly to the table, round after round, allowing guests to sit back, savour and continue exploring. The experience begins with refillable Welcome Bites, including Avocado Smoked Salmon Pizzetta, Scallop Tartare and Angel Hair Cold Pesto Pasta, setting the tone for an indulgent brunch. The menu brings together brunch classics and Allora favourites, from a hearty Truffle Scrambled Eggs on Avocado Toast, Korean Chicken & Waffles to Shakshuka, presented in an eggshell bowl, making it a delightful and Instagram-worthy treat. Beyond the brunch classics, the menu celebrates homegrown flavours, with Bak Chor Ragu Mee, Nasi Lemak Risotto and Laksa Pizza, showcasing Allora’s creative take on beloved local favourites, blending local flavours with its authentic Italian flair.
Guests can further elevate their experience with selected premium options such as Steak & Eggs, Crab Scramble, or add-ons like Braised Beef for the Scallion Oil Noodles and even a Half Lobster to the
Laksa Pizza, for an extra touch of indulgence. These premium options and add-ons are available for an additional charge.
The experience continues with an indulgent selection of desserts, including Kaya-Misu, a local-inspired take on tiramisu, refreshing Bingsu, Banana Split and Ice-Cream Cookie Sandwich, alongside many more sweet treats. To complement the feast, guests can choose from a wide selection of beverages, spanning coffees, teas, juices and specialty drinks. A curated selection of spirited sips is also available at a slight top-up starting from $18++ for those looking to unwind and make the most of the weekend. Pre-order selected drinks during the booking process to enjoy at only $12++ per glass.
