Honouring Singapore's rich culinary heritage, the buffet showcases a selection of beloved local dishes including Singapore Chilli Crab, Beef Rendang, Ayam Kapitan, Babi Pongteh, Sambal Whole Barramundi, Bak Kut Teh and Nyonya Chap Chye, plus a culinary crossover Seafood Laksa Pizza.
Guests can also enjoy a variety of hawker-inspired favourites prepared fresh at live stations, from Chicken and Beef Satay, Kueh Pie Tee, Roti Prata with Fish Curry, Singapore Laksa, and Hainanese Chicken Rice to Otah Otah fresh from the grill.
Adding Allora's signature Italian touch are indulgent highlights including Emilia lasagna, freshly prepared pasta tossed in a Parmesan cheese wheel, metre-long pizzas, Parma Ham with Gnocco Fritto, premium Italian cheeses and cold cuts, alongside a generous Seafood Bar featuring Lobster, Prawns, Oysters, Mussels and Scallops.
Round off your celebration with an extensive dessert selection inspired by local flavours. Discover creations such as Chocolate Teh Halia Mousse Cake, Singapore Sling Cake, Pandan Gula Melaka Lamington, Pulut Hitam Cake, White Rabbit Candy Panna Cotta and Milo Dinosaur Chocolate Mousse, alongside traditional Nyonya kueh, an interactive Ice Kachang station and a selection of gelato and sorbet.
