Temperature checks
In the interest of safety, we will check the temperature of all staff and guests upon entering the hotel.
Mask wearing policy
Wearing of masks when in public is mandatory in Singapore. All hotel staff and guests are required to wear masks as a precaution.
Hand sanitizers
Hand sanitizer is readily available in communal areas that guests can keep their hands clean at all times.
Disinfection of high touch areas
IHG Way of Clean already includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants in all hotel communal areas including the lobby, reception, lift lobby, washrooms and other amenities. Reflecting the advice of the World Health Organization and government regulations, we have enhanced our procedures to include additional deep cleaning of high-touch surfaces.
Ventilation cleaning & disinfection
We are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our air conditioning systems, filters, and air outlets to protect the health of our guests.
New service approach to F&B
We are constantly updating our dining services in line with the latest food safety guidelines. We are committed to high levels of cleanliness and have taken additional measures to ensure fresh food, clean restaurant and kitchen environment, and safe distancing.
Partner with industry leading experts
IHG is partnering Ecolab, Diversey and Cleveland Clinic to expand the IHG Way of Clean programme with new science-led protocols and service measures.
