Frühlingsfest is back at Allora Ristorante & Bar this spring, more indulgent than ever! Join us at our monthly Sunday Brunch for a buffet experience celebrating global flavours and an ever-evolving gastronomic journey. Decked out with Frühlingfest elements, this buffet brunch promises an immersive atmosphere reminiscent of Europe’s beloved springtime festivals.

The hot selection includes comforting dishes such as Veal Schnitzel with mushroom cream jus, Slow-Braised Pork Ribs with apple sauerkraut, and Beef Roulade with mustard veal jus. Start light at the salad bar with cold favourites like Bresaola alongside a new addition, Bayerischer Kartoffelsalat, a German-style Potato Salad that brings a tangy, hearty touch to the spread as well as fresh Seafood on ice.

Live stations bring an interactive element to the experience. Watch your pasta tossed at the ever-popular Cheese Wheel Pasta Station, savour Chicken Shawarma with Arab bread and condiments at the Mediterranean Shawarma Stall, or head to the BBQ Grill for sizzling sausages, including Currywurst, served with roasted potatoes and sauerkraut. At the carving station, indulge in Slow-Roasted Ribeye, Grilled Lamb Rack, and Crispy Pork Knuckle, paired with a selection of sauces.

End on a sweet note with a decadent dessert spread featuring Black Forest Cake, Sachertorte, Honey Bee Sting Cake, and Bavarian Chocolate Mousse.
