Annyeong Allora - A Korean cuisine collaboration

2 - 5 July 2026

AnnyeongAllora

2 – 4 July 2026 | Allora Ristorante & Bar | Crowne Plaza Changi Airport

This July, Allora opens its kitchen to Chef Kwan Soo — Executive Chef of InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72 and a Korean-Canadian culinary voice shaped by three decades across the world's great dining rooms. For four days, Korean cooking finds its place at an Italian table: studied, personal, and entirely his own.

Each day brings a different format — bar snacks to ease you in, a han-sang set lunch served by tray, an outdoor street food buffet on Friday evening, a Saturday dinner buffet, and a Sunday fusion brunch where both kitchens finally meet. Come for one chapter, or come back for all of them.

Menus and more details coming soon!

2–5 July: All day Bar snacks

Available throughout the event at the bar The easiest way in. A rotating selection of Korean-inspired bar snacks — designed to be ordered freely, shared readily, and paired with whatever you're drinking.

2–4 July: Lunch Han-sang set lunch (Served by tray)

Han-sang is the Korean tradition of presenting a full meal at once — one main, one soup or stew, rice, and a spread of banchan side dishes arranged on a single tray. Everything arrives together. Nothing is an afterthought. Chef Kenny's set lunch brings this ritual to the Allora table across three afternoons.

Fri 3 July: Dinner Street food buffet

Friday evening moves outside. An outdoor street food buffet draws on the energy of Korean pojangmacha culture — informal, generous, built for sharing. Expect the kind of food that makes a crowd.

Sat 4 July: Dinner Buffet dinner

A Saturday dinner buffet that leans into the Korean instinct for abundance — a spread wide enough to explore, anchored by Chef Kenny's signature dishes. The Korean table is meant to be shared. This is no exception.

Sun 5 July: Brunch Fusion brunch

The final morning — and the one where both kitchens properly meet. A fusion brunch that doesn't force a conversation between Korean and Italian so much as let one happen naturally. A fitting close to four days of cooking that never had to choose.
