Allora's Oktoberfest buffet spread showcases authentic fare, with crispy breaded Veal Schnitzel, homemade Spätzle with Hazelnut Pesto, Beef Roulade, Slow Braised Pork Rib with Apple Sauerkraut and the essential – Crispy Pork Knuckle, symbolising rustic indulgence and community. Savour the hearty flavours of Germany and Bavaria across 2 Sundays, with specially curated rustic specialities bringing the convivial spirit of the festival to life.

Honouring a hallmark of Oktoberfest, beer is not just for toasting, it is used in the decadent Bavarian-style Beer and Bacon Cheddar Soup and in the BBQ-grilled Beer-marinated Chicken and Lamb Chops with Beer and Mustard marinade. Also on the grill are assorted Sausages, Currywurst and Prawns with Garlic and Chilli for the seafood lovers. 

On the carving station, Leberkäse, a traditional meatloaf-style sausage, Slow-roasted beef Rib and Roasted Duck Breast are sliced to order and served with seasonal condiments like Bavarian Mustard and Cherry Chocolate Jus. Balance these rich roasts with tangy salads, Gurkensalat, thinly sliced cucumber with dill and light sour cream dressing and Wurstsalat, sliced sausage with onion, pickles and a tangy vinegar dressing. 

Allora will continue to delight guests with its Italian signatures, from the One-metre Pizza, Parma Ham and Gnocco Fritto and crowd-favourite Cheese Wheel Pasta Station to a selection of Italian cold cuts and artisan cheeses. The signature Seafood-on-Ice, featuring prawns, mud crabs, scallops, mussels, lobster and oysters, will be complemented by other Italian specialities and a Shawarma Station. 

Complete your feast on a sweet note with festive favourites, from the iconic Black Forest Cake and Honey Bee Sting Cake to Sachertorte, Linzer Tart, Plum Pudding with Vanilla Sauce and Apple Crumble Tart, the spread pays homage to timeless German treats. Lighter options such as Red Fruit Trifle, and an Gelato and Sorbet station ensure every palate is satisfied.
