Get ready to embark on an unforgettable gastronomic adventure, where no passport is required! IHG Hotels & Resorts presents ‘Journey Through Italy’, a first-of-its-kind dining experience celebrating the diverse flavours and rich culinary heritage of Italy.
Spanning across three restaurants under IHG One Rewards Dining Privileges – Allora Ristorante & Bar, iL Cielo and LUCE – these exclusive dining events brings together four celebrated Italian chefs, each representing a distinct region of Italy. A one-time-only showcase of authentic Italian flavours, from the northern region of Piemonte to the southern charm of Sicilia.
The First first 20 IHG One Rewards members who dine in at all three events will win 10,000 IHG One Rewards points each. Furthermore, the top three spenders amongst these 20 members, will walk away with a two-night stay at InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace, Crowne Plaza Hotel Milan City or Hotel Indigo Venice - Sant'Elena.
Three Stops, Three Unique Experiences
Guests will journey through Italy with each event serving as a train stop on this cross-country gastronomic adventure to explore the country’s diverse flavours. From a lively standing cocktail soirée at Allora Ristorante & Bar on 3 April to a lavish Sunday brunch at LUCE on 6 April and ending off with an elegant five-course dinner at il Cielo on 10 April, savour special off-menu dishes that are created by these four celebrated chefs:

Executive Chef Stefano and Head Pizzaiolo Enzo will present a signature bite-sized creations, offering a taste of their regional culinary artistry. This lively cocktail affair celebrates Italy’s vibrant gastronomic heritage.
Second Stop: Emilia Romagna | Sunday Brunch at LUCE
Step into the heart of Italy on 6 April 2025, as LUCE brings together masterful Italian chefs for an exclusive Sunday Brunch experience like no other. This one-day-only brunch highlights the diverse culinary traditions of Emilia Romagna, Piemonte, and Puglia through interactive live stations, each ach helmed by Chef Andrea and the two guest chefs, paired with free-flowing wines and prosecco options for an indulgent dining experience.
Savour a decadent Cacio e Pepe-style Egg Tagliolini, freshly tossed in a 24-month Grana Padano cheese wheel by Chef Andrea Rossi of LUCE, indulge in oven-roasted bone-in short loin with white asparagus and heritage carrots prepared by Chef Stefano Sanna of Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, and delight in a selection of handcrafted pizzas created by Chef Vincenzo La Vecchia of Allora Ristorante & Bar. Complement this indulgence with free-flowing wines and prosecco, ensuring an unforgettable brunch experience.
