A REUNION FEAST WITH AN ITALIAN TWIST – LUNAR NEW YEAR’S EVE BUFFET AT ALLORA

For the first time ever, Allora presents a Lunar New Year Reunion feast with an Italian twist. In celebration of the festivities, the buffet features a wide selection of local Chinese New Year favourites – from Seafood Fried Rice, Golden Tofu with dried Oyster, Baby Abalone, Fatt Choy, Spinach in a Superior Sauce, roasted Pipa Duck, Five-Spice Pork Belly and show-stopping whole Baby Suckling Pig at the BBQ Live Station. 

Allora puts a little local spin on Italian staples, with a Gold Coin Bak Kwa Pizza, Chili Crab Ravioli and a refreshing Tomato Salad with Heirloom Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Mandarin Segments and a Citrus Vinaigrette. 

Seafood on ice – the universally beloved buffet highlight – presents a chilled medley of Lobster, Crab Legs, Prawns and Mussels. Another classic remaining in the buffet lineup is the Charcuterie selection of Parma ham, Mortadella, Spianata Calabra, Bresaola, Grana Padano, Gorgonzola Dolce, Taleggio, Provolone, Smoked Scamorza, Mozzarella. 

There’s always room for dessert, especially when they come in fun-sized portions. The Osmanthus Honey Jello and Almond Tofu Longan Shooters will invigorate your appetite for the traditional Pan-fried Nian Gao and Luo Han Guo with Longan.

This communal dinner is only available on Lunar New Year's Eve, 28 January 2025, 7pm and is designed for families of 5 persons and more. Featuring culinary favourites from our Chinese banquet Chef, such as Claypot Red Groupa Collagen Soup, Dang Gui Roast Duck, Charcoal Roasted Iberico Pork Ribs and celebratory Fortune Salmon Yu Sheng to toss for good luck in the new year.
