This Lunar New Year’s Eve, Allora invites families to feast together with a spread that blends local Chinese festive favourites with Italian flair.
Hot dishes include Golden Egg Seafood Fried Rice, crispy Fortune Prawns, Singapore Chilli Crab with golden mantou, Golden Fried Chicken, Abundance Golden Tofu with dried oyster and baby abalone, Prosperity Fish, and Beef Rendang Lasagna. Dim sum lovers can enjoy Chicken Siew Mai and the Golden Money Bag, with a Double-Boiled Chicken Soup to warm the soul.
Seafood enthusiasts can feast to their heart’s content at the Mare seafood bar or visit the Japanese corner for fresh sashimi and sushi. Cold cuts, cheeses, and smoked fish add an Italian touch, while the salad bar features Singapore Rojak, Heirloom Tomato Salad, XO-marinated Jellyfish Salad and Baby Octopus Salad.
Live stations serve up freshly tossed pasta, laksa or prawn noodles, prata with fish curry, and a one-metre Gold Coin Bak Kwa Pizza. BBQ favourites include Whole Barramundi, Baby Suckling Pig, and assorted satay, while the carving station offers Beef Ribeye. Designed with multi-generational gatherings in mind, this is reunion dinner the classic way.
The meal begins with the Auspicious Salmon Prosperity Toss, make your wishes for the new year with this vibrant tradition promising success in the new year.
