Step into the warmth of an Italian Yuletide at the Palazzo with a lavish buffet that brings the spirit of the palazzo to life. From classic roasts, grilled meats and fresh seafood to decadent Yule Logs alongside live stations with cheese-wheel cooked pasta, every dish brings the festive flavour of an Italian Christmas feast, plus enjoy your favourite holiday songs with the live band!
Start the journey with the fresh Seafood on ice, showcasing fresh lobster, prawns, oysters, crab legs, scallops and mussels, alongside Smoked Salmon for a light start to the meal that compliments the seasonal salads and soups like Vellutata di Zucca Butternut and Christmas Broth. The Charcuterie corner features a delightful selection of Italian cold cuts and cheese, including Blue Fior Di Arancio, a unique cheese aged and infused with Fior d’Arancio wine - a fragrant, slightly sweet Moscato made from orange blossom-scented grapes.
Next stop on the opulent feast - Italian signatures such as Emilia lasagna layered with beef ragout and Parmigiano Reggiano and the comforting Polenta Concia with creamy Gorgonzola, golden gratinated Crespelle and Seafood Rice baked with calamari and prawns. The live stations keep the feast vibrant, from handmade pasta tossed to order in a Cheese Wheel, to the impressive 1-metre pizzas and crisp Gnocco Fritto with Parma Ham.
The festive spirit shines brightest at the BBQ and carving stations, with the Christmas classic Slow Roasted Whole Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing and Maple-glazed Gammon Ham as the centrepieces, while the Roasted Beef Op Rib and Roasted Baby Lamb served with flatbread and mint yoghurt sauce offers an equally irresistible treat for meat lovers. On the BBQ grill, indulgences include the Garlic-Lemon King Prawns, Herb-Glazed Lobster, Garlic Parsley Baked Oysters and Grilled Lamb Chops.
End the regal feast sweet note with a spread of Yule Logs in three flavours – Alloramisu with a crisp hazelnut praline, classic Strawberry Shortcake, and a citrusy Aurora Passion.
