Things are getting a little spooky on Halloween night, as Allora invites diners to step into a night of playful imagination and indulgence with Allora After Dark, an eerie-sistible buffet dining experience that transforms Italian favourites into a macabre celebration of the season.
The menu captures the spirit of Halloween in name, visuals and taste, the Pumpkin Gnocchi’s roasted pumpkin cream sauce is cleansed with sage with sprinkled with magical parmesan dust, the Graveyard Shepard’s Pie is just calling for you to dig into the nostalgic braised lamb ragu and mashed potato, while the Vampire Beef Cheek Stew, Dracula’s Lamb Shank and Blood Orange Glazed Seabass stand out with their ruby hues derived from tomatoes, red wine and a blood orange reduction.
Break into the charcoal Coffin Calzone and discover the secret fillings buried inside and watch our Chefs display their knife skills as they slash Bloody Beet Glazed Chicken, Fraken-ham and Crimson Cross Salmon En Croûte at the carving station. Experience the thrilling theatrics of the BBQ Grill, with chefs skewering Devil’s Prawns, Zombie Chicken and searing Werewolf Lamb Chops. Finally,the hauntingly delicious Cheese Wheel Pasta Station, ensures a well-balanced dinner.
End the night on a sinfully sweet note with a Halloween twist on desserts. Allora’s signature dessert transforms into the Graveyard-misu, while the Black Magic Velvet Cake, Mummy Ondeh Cake, Witch Hat Chocolate Tart, Spooky Ghost Meringue Tart, Monster Finger Cannolo, and Eyeball Apple Jello will keep diners under a saccharine spell.
From Allora’s bar, drown in the Phantom Lagoon, a shimmering blue elixir that beckons like moonlit waters, this haunting blend of gin, cherry brandy, passionfruit, and red wine is crowned with dark berries for a ghostly finish.
