Relish our rejuventated Sunday Brunch menu which includes a satisfying range of choices and live stations. Dive into the succulent selection on our Seafood Crustacean Bar, including Canadian Lobsters, Black Mussels, Korean Clams, Tiger Prawns, Half Shell Scallops, Jelly Fish, Top Shells, Baby Octopus.
Craving a good slab of meat? Dig into the Herb Crusted Beef Ribeye at the carving station and traditional Cantonese roasts such as Roasted Char Siew, Pork Belly, Chicken and Duck. Or enjoy the flavourful Whole Salmon in Rock Salt and Whole Sea Bass with Sambal and Chinchaloke (condiment made with fermented small shrimps, chillis, shallots and lime juice) and other western delights such as Seafood Paella with Prawns, Green Lipped Mussels and Blue Eyed Cod with Clams.
Savour the sweetness of the Drunken Live Prawns in Herbal Soup, other Asian delights such as Sambal Stingray, assorted Satay with peanut sauce, Glass Noodles with Crabs, Kim Chi Beef Stew and Golden Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk.
