(Association Operators and Consumers of Italian Catering) for his unparalleled expertise in the art of pizza-making. This curated menu takes you on a culinary journey through Italy with our Regional Pizza Tasting Menu, inspired by ingredients from various regions in Italy.

Available exclusively this September for just $28++, you can select up to two regions per pizza, each offering a unique taste of Italy's rich culinary heritage. Discover why Chef Enzo’s pizzas are celebrated worldwide and indulge in a remarkable dining experience. 

Explore the Regions: 

• Puglia: The birthplace of Chef Enzo and burrata, Puglia’s pizza combines Fresh Mozzarella, Burrata Cheese, Anchovies, Capers, and Candied Cherry Tomatoes for a balanced and flavorful bite.  

• Campania: Campania, the birthplace of pizza is best celebrated with Buffalo Mozzarella DOP, San Marzano Tomato DOP, Cherry Tomatoes, and Basil 

• Calabria: Nduja famously from Calabria, paired with fresh ricotta, complemented by smoky provola and wild arugula 

• Sicilia: Indulge in the fresh and zesty flavors of Sicily, with Mozzarella, Lemon Zest Flavoured Caprino Cheese, Roasted Pachino Tomato Sauce, Salted Ricotta, and Basil.  

• Piemonte: Bra sausage, a raw delicacy, is paired with truffled bagna càuda sauce and Castelmagno, a famous cheese from Piemonte 

• Toscana: Tuscany, renowned for its meat and Italy's best cured ham, pairs perfectly with salsa verde and pecorino cheese fondue.
