This year, the star of our festive menu is none other than the new Korean-Style Roast Turkey (6kg, $168+). Brined in spiced water for 24 hours, the turkey is then coated with a generous layer of Korean red chilli miso paste, commonly known as Gochujang sauce, and roasted to perfection. The wonderful blend of sweet, tangy and spicy flavours makes the meat uber-delicious and so tender it melts in your mouth with every bite. The Korean-Style Roast Turkey serves 8 – 10 persons and comes with a side dish, Kimbap-stuffed Turkey Breast with kim chi fried rice and seasonal greens. An upsized version of this Korean-Style Rolled Turkey Breast (2.2kg, $98+) with kim chi fried rice stuffing, pickled baby radish, carrots and seasonal greens is available as an a la carte item on our festive menu and ideal for 4 to 6 persons.  

Our signature Barbecue Beef Short Ribs takes on a Peranakan twist this festive season. Sous-vide for 24 hours in a Peranakan spiced marinade and slow roasted to perfection, the Nonya-Inspired Barbecue Beef Short Ribs (1.2kg, $158+) are an absolute pleasure to indulge in. These scrumptious beef ribs are served with pandan rice cake, house-made cashew nut sauce and seasonal greens and ideal for 4 persons.

With something for everyone, the Coffee “C” Plant-based Ribs (1.2kg, $108+) are catered to vegetarians and vegans. Featuring plant-based protein – OmniMeat and lemongrass bones, these vegan ribs glazed with house-made “kopi-c” sauce of local traditional coffee and evaporated milk taste are so succulent and tasty, even your meat-loving friends will be impressed.

Other perennial favourites not to be missed include Traditional Roast Turkey (6kg, $158+), Lemongrass Pineapple Glazed Gammon Ham (2.2kg, $138+) and Black Pepper Iberico Pork Ribs (1.5kg, $88+).

For families that prefer traditional tastes, indulge in the exquisite Almond Crusted King Salmon (1.5kg, $178+). The magnificent slab of New Zealand salmon is marinated with salt and pepper and glazed with a house-made apricot sauce made of cinnamon, caramelized sugar and white wine. Toasted almond flakes are then lined beautifully on top of the king salmon, likening scales with a golden glow.

To complement the range of festive roast delights, Crowne Plaza Changi Airport presents cheese and charcuterie featuring two choices – Cosy Platter ($90+) and Family Platter ($120+) that are perfect for up to 3 persons and 5 persons respectively. Both platters offer generous slices of brie de meaux, gorgonzola dolce and comté harmonie alongside smoked rosette salami, truffle ham and prosciutto. Served with crispy crackers, freshly baked bread, assorted grapes, dried fruits, mixed nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, house-made berry jam, dijon mustard, manuka honey, butter and olive oil. The lavish Family Platter comes with added indulgence such as the yuzu cream cheese sphere and sesame-crusted ponzu tuna tataki.

End your festive feast on a sweet, indulgent note with these delightful holiday desserts - Black Forest Tree Cake, Bubur Cha Cha Log Cake and Marshmallow Berries Log Cake.

Black Forest Tree Cake (1kg, $88+)

The classic black forest cake undergoes a makeover and presented as a mesmerising tree cake with an interactive ‘pull-me-up’ feature. Deliciously moist dark chocolate fudge cake sits atop the tiered chocolate board with Morello cherries and redcurrant all around. Here is the fun part: gently pull up the clear cake collar wrapped around the top and watch the magic unfold with a smooth and slow cascade of cream cheese frosting over the edge of the cake. The ultimate showstopper at your dinner party with a waterfall of surprise!

Bubur Cha Cha Log Cake (1kg, $75+)

Locally-inspired yule log with light coconut mousse and taro and sweet potato sponge cake, encased in a beautiful white chocolate shell topped with fresh coconut sprinkles and pearly pink chocolate balls. A delightful Christmas treat the whole family will love.

Marshmallow Berries Log Cake (1kg, $75+)

Decadent handcrafted Valrhona berry chocolate cream sponge cake layered with sweet wild berry chocolate pudding and crispy feuilletine chocolate and wrapped in vanilla bean marshmallow for a classic and luxurious treat for the palate.
