Treat your palates to a sequence of delicacies, perfected based on Chef Alvin Leong's treasured recipes. Start off with Otah and ginger flower dressing, followed by a soul-warming Crab Bisque - Chef's spin on Bakwan Kepiting Soup. For mains, pick from a Slow-Cooked Angus Beef flavoured with a rempah marinade or Grilled Laksa Barramundi. Sweet finale comes in the form of a Jackfruit Kueh with Home-made Crepe and Ice-Cream.
