Sip on bubbly, enjoy the balmy breeze at our lobby lounge terrace featuring a lush tropical garden and feast on a plethora of freshly grilled meats and seafood prepared a la minute on the open charcoal-fired grill. Highlights of the menu include 1/2 Shell Scallops, 1/2 Shell Pacific Oysters, Tiger Prawns, Australian Beef Sirloin, Shirobuta Pork Chop, Boneless Chicken Thigh, Australian Lamp Chop, Norwegian Salmon Fillet, Sword Fish Fillet, as well as an appetising selection of salads and delightful desserts including Chocolate Royaltine Cake, Linzer Cake, Green Tea Tiramisu, Panna Cotta with Wild Berries Coulis and more.
